Responsibilities:
Coaching, developing and supporting multiple products and international cross-functional teams- Continuous development and improvement of training and coaching- Establishing an agile environment and ensuring agile methods and processes- Supporting self-organized teamwork and ensuring achievement of sprint goals- Identifying and moderating conflicts within teams and products and encouraging creative input- Identifying problems and coordinating countermeasures- Driving implementation of DevOps within products and shaping product backlogs together with the Product Owner- Tracking and reporting related KPIs to IT management teamRequirements:
Excellent knowledge of agile methods (e.g. including Scrum/Kanban) in theory and practice (proven track record)- Empathy to adapt processes to customer needs based on the Agile Manifesto- Strong organizational skills, a structured, self-organized working approach and problem solving skills (for team, goals, customers)- Finished relevant education/trainings (certifications)- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Scrum/Agile Master in IT or similar positions- Communication strength, fluent in English and intercultural skills- “Miba is very demanding when it comes to responsibility and freedom.
