Job tasks:

  • Recruitment & Selection process in order to hire the most suitable profiles to the organization's needs;
  • Welcome & Onboarding Grohe process;
  • Coordinate and implement training and professional development practices in line with the company's purposes;
  • Actively participate in processes related to performance management, communication and analysis of HR indicators;
  • Employer Brand activities -> Fairs; University Protocols (Trainee Programs);
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement processes of department.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resource Management; Organizational Psychology or similar areas;
  • Experience: 2-3 years in similar roles;
  • knowledge of training management practices and performance management;
  • Experience with SAP, or similar ERP system;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  • MS Office skills;
  • Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
