Job tasks:
- Recruitment & Selection process in order to hire the most suitable profiles to the organization's needs;
- Welcome & Onboarding Grohe process;
- Coordinate and implement training and professional development practices in line with the company's purposes;
- Actively participate in processes related to performance management, communication and analysis of HR indicators;
- Employer Brand activities -> Fairs; University Protocols (Trainee Programs);
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement processes of department.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resource Management; Organizational Psychology or similar areas;
- Experience: 2-3 years in similar roles;
- knowledge of training management practices and performance management;
- Experience with SAP, or similar ERP system;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- MS Office skills;
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
