CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual to fill the position of* Corporate Service Technician *responsible for customer service inquiries, maintenance and repairs on Centerline equipment. Duties consist of online, telephone and customer site visits for repairs, maintenance and training. This position reports to the Corporate Service Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, repair, train, and maintain CenterLine equipment
- Familiarity with the functionality and troubleshooting of CenterLine standard and custom equipment offerings considered an asset
- Resolve multi-trade concerns
- Complete detailed service reports
- Ability to travel with limited notice
- Overtime as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College diploma / certified Skilled Trades person in electrical, mechatronics
- PLC programming knowledge and or experience in preferred
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance
- Capability to read, understand, interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical schematics, and blueprints
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written format
- Strong computer skills: MS Office
- Eligible to work in Canada/US/Mexico
