Job Description and Requirements

• Manage project scope, project schedule, project costs and project risks
• Manage support and motivate the project team
• Ensure excellent communication within the team and with all stakeholders
• Ensure quality and completeness of project deliverables
• Plan, steer and monitor all project activities
• Execute gate reviews and lead decision matrix
• Resolve conflicts and handle deviations
• Define the project and prepare the project charter

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge in IC development and production
• Strong project management skills with several years of experience
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking
• Team player with strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated and ability to motivate team members
• Used to working independently and precisely
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or similar and 5+ years of industry experience.
