Role: EMEA Operations Coordinator

Location: Uxbridge, Sheffield and Manchester

The EMEA Talent Operations Coordinator supports activity across the Talent function, with a primary focus on ensuring the smooth operation of processes through timely and accurate administrative support. The EMEA Talent Operations Coordinator, under the guidance of the EMEA Talent Operations & Transformation Lead, provides learning and development administration and coordination activities across EMEA, supporting both sales and non-sales business units. The EMEA Talent Operations Coordinator also manages multiple learning platforms and keeps abreast of any changes to the platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting from Insight’s ERP system to support the wider Talent teams.
  • Work closely with the wider Talent and HR teams to support the post induction experience for new hires.
  • Actively contribute continuous improvements to Insight’s training and recruiting processes, initiatives, and strategy.
  • Support EMEA training activity relating to Sales and support, assisting in the design and/or execution of performance and talent management processes and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Administrative experience gained within a recruitment, training, and or HR capacity
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to respond quickly and innovatively in order to manage and enhance reputation
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently, working at pace to achieve goals against SLAs and to agreed deadlines
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient, capable of picking up new and varied tasks and quickly understanding how they need to be actioned
  • Sympathetic, approachable, professional manner but strong and directional and able to exercise discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Experience of working within a globally diverse environment, showing an understanding of and keen interest in equality, diversity, and inclusion
