FUNCTIONS: This position will provide support in the modelling of new and existing projects, as well as supporting the generation of reports and a high involvement in all the financial solutions of each project (acquisitions, scenarios, debt, etc.). FUNCTIONS 1. Financial modelling of ongoing and under-study projects 2. Preparation of detailed financial analysis; 3. Support in due diligence, acquisitions and debt processes 4. Preparation of financial returns, budgets, monthly/quarterly reports to investors,reporting on the development progress, etc; 5. Work closely with our senior management for a) identifying and analysing new investment opportunities and b) managing our existing projects; 6. Help in maintaining ongoing investor contacts; 7. Help in creating professional investment presentations; 8. Preparation of ad-hoc analysis and presentations as required 9. Liaise closely with other internal departments (technical, sales, management) for ongoing project management and new opportunities. REQUIREMENTS - More than 1 year, less than 3 years of experience. - Ideally developed in consulting, transactions. - Within transactions they may have focused on DD, restructuring, RE, etc. - Knowledge: familiar with financial models, basic knowledge (or not) of RE and debt - University Degree (ingeniering, maths finance, ADE..) - English & Spanish high level - Microsoft Office (Excel, ppt, Word, etc.) - Very comfortable with advanced Excel models - Great numerical, quantitative ability - Comfortable creating PPT presentations for a demanding professional English-speaking audience;
