FUNCTIONS: Responsabilities: - Support initiatives of NPD/Insourcing. - Strong collaboration with Global Team based in the US. - Being the main point of contact for our RM vendors. - Define business allocation through the proper definition of the supply base. - Outline appropriate implementation/resolution plans in case of issue. - Delivery of substantial savings and working capital improvements each year, according to the company targets. - Inputs to annual Global budgets, provide market intelligence and direction on supply, cost and commodities impact, in particular for Spain and Italy. - Support delivery of corporate objectives such as growth agenda by development and delivery of appropriate initiatives (for example, supplier lead-time reduction and materials agreements, payment terms improvements, make vs. buy analysis, employ cost mitigation tactics). - Uphold the company’s principles, business controls, ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standards. - Support the development and negotiation of contracts. - Develops and recommends tactics that enhance competitiveness amongst suppliers. - Collaborate with Global cross-functional teams to deliver cost and service improvements. - Establish relevant internal and external communication to ensure effective management of global initiatives and processes. - Support stakeholders on Sustainability/Circular Economy Revlon’s journey to build proper sourcing strategy to address Sustainable Development Goals. Requirements: - BA degree required. MBA preferred or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. Spanish and English proficiency. Italian appreciated. Global procurement experience. At least 8 yrs. professional experience and 5 years Procurement. - Experience in Raw Materials in FMCG or Cosmetic companies would be a plus. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proven project management skills. - Strong Business acumen. - Strong customer service ethic. - Proven track record in establishing strategic Reporting and Systems contracts and supplier alliances. - Experience in cost modeling, benchmarking, competitive analysis, procurement processes/tactics. - Good problem-solving, negotiation and analytic skills. - Proven interpersonal and collaborative skills to support working within cross-functional teams, influencing for results and driving improvements. - Assessment of total delivered cost. - Communication, creative thinking and analytical skills. - Passionate about Sustainability and Chemicals. - Benchmarking/competitive analysis. - Product/Service knowledge of Supply Chain Management. - Passionate about making a difference and improving the business.
