We are looking for Senior HR (Recruiter) to help us manage our recruitment process. If you have experiences with sourcing potential hire and evaluating them, we’d like to meet you
- Create job description that fulfill business requirements
- Good understanding of Indonesian Employment law & regulation, be able to advise management with regards to it
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Develop and manage employee retention program
Job Requirements
- Previous work experience as HR Recruiter or Headhunter
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Great negotiation skills
- Proficient with using HR applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
