WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a driven Operations Analyst to join the Converse Europe Logistics team in Grobbendonk (Antwerp), Belgium! The person we’re searching is an outstanding teammate with a critical mind, always looking for ways to improve and take our operations to the next level by analysing the processes. This role has direct impact on the outbound supply chain activities of Converse and ensures that flow of Converse products from our campus to our customer’s front door deliveries not only take place but exceed the customers’ expectations!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Daily Operations: You support our 3PL on outbound warehouse processes, provide day to day support to customer operations and ensure carriers have all necessary customer requirements. You work with the team on site, our warehousing 3PL, Marketplace Operations teams around the globe, Nike ELC and our carrier network. Delivering Solutions: You provide outbound logistics analytical support for a wide range of projects or issues and provide test support for carrier onboarding or other processes. Solving problems, anticipating business challenges, and recommending and owning improvements you’ll act as the expert on outbound logistics. Monitoring: Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports accurately and in a timely fashion and taking action as necessary for KPI’s outside of benchmark will be your responsibility. Your tasks will also include monitoring the complaints from warehouse to customer/hubs, ensuring all complaints have been investigated thoroughly and solved; communicate outcome to customer operations upon completion. As Operations Analyst you’ll assist the 3PL in prioritizing subprocesses, analyze carrier performance and coordinate weekly & monthly meetings to drive continuous improvement across cost and service. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
ELC Operations Manager will coach and mentor you and you'll work with partners in Marketplace Operations across the regions, our warehousing and freight partners, the Nike ELC Transportation team and various other departments. Converse is part of Nike Inc; thus you will be a key member of the Nike Operations team and regularly interact with Nike colleagues in Laakdal, Hilversum and across Europe.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Passion for Supply Chain Management and experience through work and/or studies.
- You get energy from analysing data and solving complex problems, and use Excel fluently. Knowledge of SAP, Access and Tableau are a plus.
- Accurate system thinker, easily spotting room for improvement and think in solutions rather than barriers.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- You are very accurate, curious and solution-oriented to support our customers at all times
- You are a reliable and dynamic teammate who connects and works well with other departments
