Why do we need to do that? Because more than 1/3 of the food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss!

As the world’s largest food waste-fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation and our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste, so we’re doing all we can to create educational tools, make our knowledge as accessible as possible, find new business solutions and even change legislation to reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast, with our community of 65.9 million users in 17 countries saving more than 172 million meals from going to waste - But there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in our Global team. This position can be based out of our New York, Toronto, Berlin, London, Paris, Madrid or Amsterdam offices.

Your mission:
You will play an integral part in the growth of Too Good To Go by attracting and securing motivated & mission-driven talent to join us in the fight against food waste.

Your Role:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, in collaboration with the hiring manager, from vacancy approval through to signed contract.

  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on the current market, assessment methods and interview structure and best practice model for talent acquisition.
  • Manage the recruitment for niche and senior hire vacancies.
  • Actively building pipelines for current and future recruitment plans.
  • Provide bespoke reporting on current market trends and set KPI's to support the Talent Acquisition team and manage hiring managers expectations.
  • Support the TA Director on the management of tools and processes and TA related projects.

Requirements:

  • You are passionate about our mission and are motivated to grow our impact.
  • Solid full-cycle recruiting experience, with a good level of in-house exposure.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes for senior hires.
  • Experience in running a structured interview process in a high-volume recruiting environment is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviews, video screening, reference check etc).
  • Experience of using multiple sourcing and attraction methods to fill vacancies.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with a full professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
