Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team in Atequiza to:

  • * Generate and maintain detailed production plans for all items manufactured at the site*
  • * Be responsible for developing and maintaining a raw material plan to meet production requirements for business responsibility, agreed lead-times, and identified storage restraints*
  • * Release raw materials according to plan and follow up until receiving them*
  • * Provide scheduling and coordination necessary to ensure that production plans are executed without disruptions and meet commitments with customers*

  • * Monitoring the open book to ensure customer commitments will be met liaising with Demanding as appropriate to determine the correct customer prioritization*
  • * Liaising closely with the Production team, third party service providers and vendors to ensure compliance with the plan immediately notifying CSR of any deviations*
  • * Planning and scheduling in SAP ERP system*
  • * Working with site(s) production teams ensuring compliance to production schedule, and FTW and on time delivery*
  • * Scheduling and coordinating supplementary out-sourcing of resale material to cover shortfalls in local manufacturing capability in line with S&OP guidelines*

You will bring:

  • ** Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Business of Administration or International Trade B.S
  • * 80% English*
  • * Minimum 2 years of experience in detailed scheduling and planning*
  • * Minimum 1 years of experience in Purchasing Process execution*
  • * Minimum 1 years of experience in Distribution Requirement Planning*
  • * Proficient use and experience with SAP ERP*
  • * APICS CPIM classes attended*
  • * Customer oriented*
  • * Negotiation skills*
  • * Analytical and problem-solving skills*
  • * Ability to manage scheduling conflicts and prioritization*
  • * Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking and writing*
  • * Teamwork attitude*
  • * Integrity: working with ethics following policies and procedures*
