Degree: Bachelors of Civil Engineering/QS diploma/certification
- To assist senior QS
- Assure the work relationship with the construction team to eliminate the wastage of materials and to prevent any suspension or delays of work.
- Study the Procedure for Tender Submission (Technical & Commercial) and to get ready from various concerned department and engineering staff.
- Prepare the Quantity take-off for Architectural & Structural work
- To receive, review, & prepare the Subcontractors Quotation submitted.
- To review, inspect and prepare in-house Subcontractor monthly payment.
- To prepare new supplier’s particulars and suitability, approval/rejection as per company quality system requirements.
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
