Job description:
Strategy & Plan

• Lead the team to set standards for nutrition operations and service delivery.
• Set clear objectives and provide support to clients to help them in their progress
• Establish clear SOPs for consistent brand performance, ensure thorough implementation
• Keep abreast with scientific research to expand field related knowledge such as the impacts of nutrients, the benefits of diets to body’s functions, sports etc.
• Make presentations and organize seminars for patrons on a variety of topics such as how nutrition affects performance in sports, schools, recovery, pregnancy, managing diabetes and other age-related health requirements etc., conduct workshops.
• Maintain compliance requirements in field of nutrition consultation - self declarations, confidentiality & privacy agreements, professional license, high performance nutritional requirements etc.
• Nurture, grow and develop long term relationships with corporate clientele & partners., maintain high visibility in the Corporate network.

Operations

• Follow up on team performance and productivity, evaluate team consultations and implement service improvements
• Evaluate the dietary needs of a client by assessing their health and exercise levels, sleep and food habits etc.
• Clarify information to clients and explaining the effects of nutrients on overall health condition
• Offering counselling and suggest positive alterations in nutrition to address clients’ dietary restrictions
• Create full and personalized nutrition plans that promote healthy lifestyles.

Specification:

• Any graduation in Food & Nutrition/ M.Sc./PG diploma in Food and Nutrition/Home Science/Public Health/Clinical Nutrition/Sports Nutrition/Ayurvedic Nutrition/Food Science/Food Technology with 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• International/ Nationally recognized Certification in dietetics - with specialization in sports
• Significant social media presence, and experience in working for VIP clientele
• Valid license to practice the profession
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis
