As a Brand Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team and will be in the driver’s seat to grow the brand regionally.
- Develop and formulate brand strategy and roadmaps with the leadership team
- Bringing a deep understand of the customer, market trends, and competitive landscape, backed by brand and category data analysis
- Fully responsible for managing the P&L and daily management of your brand, including monitoring key metrics and problem-solving issues
- Lead and partner with internal and external functions (Branding, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to develop brand direction, impactful product launches, channel / geographic expansion plans, and go-to-market strategies
- Project manage and collaborate with experts to ensure successful execution and delivery of new and ongoing initiatives (e.g., promotions, social media, performance marketing, SEO)
- Lead a team of brand associates to support your brand growth
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management, e-commerce, marketing, preferably at a fast-paced startup / B2C space
- Ideally you have previously managed or even built your own e-commerce or other social media-related business
- Outstanding organisational skills and experience in effectively planning and coordinating projects across multiple departments
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive.
- A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
- Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
- Experienced with and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing a plus

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
