Office administrator required for Small Design and Manufacturing Business.

This person will work closely in assisting the Owner on a daily basis working mainly from our small factory in Epping 1 and from Cape Town CBD

Mainly focus will be to catch up on bank recons and balance our business statements with SAGE ONE software, with help from our outsourced PAYROLL/BOOKKEEPERS/TAX PRACTIRIONERS if required

setting up and managing of suppliers and contact lists

leasing with customers on new orders

making sure the workshop front office is organized and running smoothly

taking some calls

taking notes at meetings and briefings for new product / business developments.

managing the owners diary and appointment both for his business as well private life.

Experience in SAGEONE accounting

Basic daily bookkeeping required ( bank statements recon, invoicing, quotations, receipts, reporting)

Valid drivers license with experience

Proactive and good communicator

Problem solving Attention to detail

Scheduling google calendar

HR basics

Good organizational skills Reliable and presentable

Experience in the manufacturing industry a benefit

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: From R6,000.00 per month
