Our client, a world-renowned travel web platform, is looking for a Junior Content Developer, to join its Customer Relationship Management team. The company aims to provide customers with unique travel experiences, as their platform offers user-generated content regarding restaurant and travel-related locations.

Job requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of front-end experience.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive design.
  • Experience working with ESPs such as ExactTarget, Mail Chimp, Marketo (preferably for an online travel business or retailer).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with localization specialists to translate and test content to display correctly for the 17 languages supported by your team;
  • QAing template functionality with Project Managers and Engineers;
  • Managing lead times with the Project Managers and CRM Engineering teams to ensure receipt of all design and data points in a timely fashion;
  • Coordinating with Project Managers and stakeholders to set and confirm scope of projects;
  • Learning new technologies required to complete projects that support business initiatives;
  • Through it all, you'll be expected to be able to give continuous constructive feedback to the rest of the team, including other Content Developers, designers, copy writers, and project managers to better development and increase efficiency.
