Specialist Ii, Annexes 24 and 30

Overview:
Objective:
Responsible for the control of temporary inventories, preparation and control of Annex 24 and Annex 30, to comply with the current customs legislation.

Responsibilities:
Functions:

• Elaboration of inventory reconciliation processes in annexes 24 and 30.
• Analysis of temporary import balances in the customs system.
• Control of discrepancies between annex 24 vs SAP and make adjustments between systems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information, (BOM, parts, classes)
• Updating and implementing changes between the two systems.
• Handling and updating of Data Stage.
• Import - Export ( temporary, definitive, virtual, regimen changes, returns )
• Prepare Import / Export reports for compliance with Mexican and American regulations and internal needs.
• Process import and export documents in compliance with Mexican and American customs requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or related areas.
• English 80%
• At least of 3 years of experience working on customs area on maquiladora industry.
• Knowledge of Customs Law, Rules, Annex 24, Annex 30, SAP, Vastera
