Report directly to General Manager - Vietnam.

  1. MONITORING AND REPORTING FIELD FORCE ACTIVITY FOR BETTER PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY.
  2. Mastering the following tools and software used internally to monitor Field Force Activities: SFDC, POWER BI, XLS.
  3. FIELD FORCE ACTIVITY: configuring, troubleshooting SFDC CRM (with the assistance of regional support) to generate KPIs and dashboard,
  4. FIELD PERFORMANCE: Collecting raw data from distributor, generating Field reporting (Power BI) and crediting to the respective territories. Cascading reports to identified stakeholders,
  5. TENDER MANAGEMENT: Configuring SFDC CRM, collecting data and monitoring Tender results in coordination with Market Access team and generating KPIS and Dashboard,
  6. Provides proactive advice and counsel on strategies and tactics to close business gaps.

  7. MAXIMIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPANY'S STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

  8. Coordination with other departments (Field, Marketing) to translate business strategies and priorities into executable and realistic plans of actions: The right resource at the right place with the right activity...
  9. THE RIGHT RESOURCE AT THE RIGHT PLACE: Maximizing the resources allocation with optimal targeting (accounts and contacts),
  10. THE RIGHT ACTIVITY: spearheading Key Account planning sessions in order to maximize Strategy and tactics within Key accounts,
  11. Works closely with regional and local stakeholders in aligning and implementing FFE strategies for the company.

  12. ENGAGING AND DEVELOPING THE STAKEHOLDERS (FIELD FORCE AND PEERS)

  13. Making sure all the stakeholders are properly trained on tools and use it on a regular basis,
  14. Informally leads local stakeholders in fostering FFE culture,
  15. Assisting different departments (Field, HR, Marketing) in the Field Force effectiveness training in order to generate appropriate ROI,
  16. Contributing to the best Incentive Compensation (IC) scheme.

  17. FOSTERING EFFICIENT INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND ALIGNMENT

  18. Ensure transparent and effective communication to all stakeholders within the organization as well management of expectations across various internal and external stakeholders,
  19. Participate in an active way to Business and board Meetings and other Brand meetings
  20. Acts as an advocate for field leaders/forces with other partners including escalating gaps/requirements/quick wins if required.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • University degree in Marketing/ Business/ Finance abroad.
  • At least one year of experience with data management and/or SFE in Healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in sales is nice to have.
  • Strong analytical, Planning & organization techniques and Problem-solving techniques skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must & Excellent Vietnamese.
  • Expert in database management, SFDC; Competent in POWER BI.
