Function/Purpose:
These positions are required to instruct various group fitness classes, monitor the fitness area and equipment, perform opening and closing procedures, and to provide direct program support to various recreation activities and events. These positions will be located at the GH Dawe Community Centre.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- AFLCA Certification in Group or Resistance training is required.
- Standard First Aid.
- Possession of a valid Alberta Driver’s License.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated high level of verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Commitment to the City’s Cornerstone Values.

Remuneration:$25.86 to $27.22 per hour.
Hours of Work:40 hours biweekly, as scheduled. Shifts will include a mix of evenings, weekends, weekdays and early mornings as fitness classes and business needs are required.
