Are you passionate about setting milestones in innovation and sustainability management?:
We are looking for a pioneer with relevant experience in leading innovative and sustainable projects in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment to lead the program from the initial idea to the creation of roadmaps for cross-functional projects at Red Bull. Based in our global headquarters in Salzburg, you will drive and support the Operations Department to enhance and continuously improve our product solutions and business processes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
In this role, you’ll act as a gatekeeper for project resources and are able to engage with stakeholders to maintain progress. You’ll assist in structuring projects into stage-gate-projects an in agile settings.

Moreover, you’ll also monitor the financial aspect of projects and programs.

PROCESSES:
As Innovation & Sustainability Manager you'll monitor and maintain the structure of innovation processes. Y ou'll support by choosing project management methodologies with a sustainable and scientific background to drive the anticipated change and foster stakeholder commitment to achieve the defined goal.

PREPARATION & STEERING OF M EETINGS:
You'll prepare project and steering meetings targeting a specific audience (senior management, project contributors, business experts ). You'll also schedule and organize meetings and determine the best approach to gain the expected outcome.

COOPERATION:
Furthermore, you’ll support the portfolio management and moderate regular project review meetings. This includes defining and assessing the achievement of milestones within projects as well as working closely with the sustainability department and coordinating operational sustainability efforts.

INNOVATION:
Finally, you'll contribute ideas and opportunities for improvement to enhance the innovation process, e.g., in handling patent processes.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Sustainability Management, Project Management, Natural or Technical Sciences
  • Minimum 6 years of practical experience in the field of sustainability and/or innovation management
  • Basic understanding of natural science
  • Proven experience in leading innovative/ sustainable projects in the FMCG environment preferred
  • A holistic understanding of processes
  • Solution-focused mindset and strong problem-solving thinking to develop innovative and sustainable product solutions
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Proactive, independent way of working
