Missao:
In this role:

  • Issue and follow-up on change requests to Whoz regarding PSO and Capgemini Taxonomy enrichment
  • Support Whoz in their process (for skills coming from Capgemini)
  • Manage and follow Whoz's handling of the custom skills
  • Monitor and validate Capgemini taxonomies mapping to PSO
  • Monitor and report on Whoz PSO completeness and quality metrics for Capgemini
  • Maintain regular dialogue with Whoz PSO team on all PSO related matters
  • Manage Enterprise Taxonomy: skills, certifications, accreditations,that are specific to Capgemini
  • Proactive search for new Capgemini Taxonomy updates
  • Contribute to a continuous communication with Capgemini skills SMEs (Workforce planners, HR, Industries & Business lines, Procurement,) to ensure their skills needs are covered

Perfil:
We are looking someone with:

  • Good knowledge of skills management in general and skills areas of Capgemini Group more specifically
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with Capgemini skills SMEs in different domains
  • Strong level of data handling, reporting and relevant tooling
  • Drive and curiosity to stay up-to-date with most recent developments and content about skills
  • Good level of English, knowledge of other languages used for skills in PSO is a plus
