To fulfill this mission, we use data as the primary way to make decisions and to run our internal processes, digital experiences, and customer touchpoints. As next step forward, we are launching our first Process Mining and RPA initiative to gain transparency and foster scalability in our processes. We are at the very beginning of an exciting journey, in which you as a Process Improvement Manager (M/F/d) will have a huge impact on the adoption of our process mining & RPA practice! Within the currently establishing CoE (Center of Excellence) you´ll be an integral part of pathing SIXT´s way towards a process-centric and automated organization!
Do What you Love:
- You work closely together with various business functions such as Fleet Management, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Damage handling, etc., and the Process Mining CoE to ensure process improvement opportunities are translated into realization
- You enable Business Functions to integrate Process Mining & RPA in their daily business activities
- You define the process improvement measures based on process mining journey findings and steer a culture of continuous improvement
- You manage Change & Stakeholders to ensure that the identified process improvement opportunities are prioritized, followed up and implemented accordingly
- You track & challenge the value creation journey of Process Mining & RPA and are always able to provide the status quo and direction of our various value-delivering initiatives
Qualifications:
Come as you are:
- You are a graduate in the field of business, business analytics or a comparable education
- You enjoy working in international teams and driving projects to completion
- You have an analytical mindset and experience creating business cases, including quantitative and qualitative analyses and benchmarking
- You are a self-starter and have a strong track of interpersonal, change management and communication skills
- You have a good understanding of various Business functions and processes (g. AP/AR, Procurement, Operations,)
- You´re fluent in English (German is a plus) and a team player with a customer-orientated mindset
