Busy Panel shop looking to recruit an Estimator to ensure that all estimated costs on damaged vehicles are submitted to insurance assessors.
Main Responsibilities:
Estimate quotations on all damaged vehicles
- Ensure visual inspection of damaged vehicle is conducted with customer upon arrival
- Conduct basic estimation on damage of vehicle
- Drive sales
- Ensure vehicle damage is assessed in conjunction with insurance assessor
- Establish accurate vehicle damage using Audatex
- Submit accurate estimated repair quote to insurance house timeously
- Ensure receipt of approved quotation from insurance house
- Ensure internal repair quotation is approved by ARC Manager and Insurance house
- Submit approved repair quotation to workshop
- Accurate submission of quotes
- Submit accurate estimated repair quote to insurance house timeously
- Ensure receipt of approved quotation from insurance house
- Ensure internal repair quotation is approved by ARC Manager and Insurance house
- Submit approved repair quotation to workshop
- Knowledge of quoting system i.e. Audatex
- Knowledge of auto repair functions i.e. spray painting, panel beating, etc.
Experience
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in structural repair
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in repair centers
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in sales
