Role Overview
Front & back office representatives is part of the supply chain. You would have strong exchanges with different stakeholders (customers, plants, hauliers, account managers,) within a dynamic team based in Brussels, Belgium. The function targets a proactive approach so that problems are anticipated and avoided rather than solved.
As the future intern of the team, you would have the following missions:
- Ensure proper execution of customers orders in order to satisfy their demand.
- Facilitate communication and exchange of information between customers, plants, regarding orders, end user certificates and complaints
- Follow up of logistics extra-costs and non conformity
- Follow up the correct execution of the logistic operations within the region and act proactively to avoid deviances.
Educations and skills
- You are currently enrolled/finished a Bachelor in International trade (or similar domain)
- IT knowledge (MS office, Google,)
- Working knowledge of English is required, any other language would be of an advantage.
