The role will be responsible to implement the strategy of global, ERC related training, and communication programs to influence and inspire ethical behaviors of Sandoz associates and external contractors, therewith contributing to Sandoz’s strategy in building trust with society.

  • Furthermore, the role will be instrumental in assisting in the development of programs to upskilling ERC professionals and to influence Sandoz leaders and people managers on their ethical leadership capabilities and ensure ERC’s key global projects with enterprise-wide impact, are supported by robust and effective change management strategies.
  • Under the overall leadership of the Corporate E&C Head and in close coordination with Global Learning team, the Senior Manager, Policy Training & Communication will assure the ERC overall agenda, while embracing the Sandoz culture transformation and curiosity aspiration.Your key responsibilities:
    Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Consistent with overall ERC strategy, execute the global Policy Training and Communication strategic plan, including its annual priorities and objectives.
  • Provide internal and external thought leadership on compliance related training, communication, development and change management programs across and beyond ERC.
  • Assist in the design of the strategic set up of a governance model on the enterprise-wide annual mandatory compliance training curriculum, identifying topics on the curriculum through a robust risk analysis in collaboration with the Enterprise Risk Management team. Ensuring endorsement of the curriculum by selected SEC members.
  • Overseeing the course development, for both ERC owned, and non-ERC owned topics and ensuring smooth roll outs and its external contractors. Ensuring enterprise-wide impact through high quality, role-relevant and engaging content, fully aligned with overall Sandoz values and culture transformation, while measuring and reporting training effectiveness and therewith contributing to the assurance of Sandoz’s fully effective Compliance Program and ESG indicators.
  • Augment Sandoz’s Compliance Program with a global policy communication strategy through well sequenced, risk-based, compliance awareness communications, relevant to all Sandoz associates and external contractors.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • University Degree(s) or equivalent; Trained on Compliance Regulatory/Compliance Leadership topics, Change
  • Solid business experience, understanding challenges and risks of business practices to inspire impactful and high-quality training and development programs
  • Experience and ability in leading global training/change programs and collaborate across boundaries in a matrixed environment
  • Strong influencing skills to collaborate across all organizational levels including Top Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and skillset to ensure long-term goals are achieved
  • Ability to drive change, creating an environment where change is valued and others are willing to experiment, deal with ambiguity and taking well-balanced risk
  • Fluent English and German
