Overview This position’s key role is to function as a tier 2 level of support for Network and System at the site level (SGH Branch) including troubleshooting, changes, or advanced support.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, configuration, managing, maintaining of Network, Systems, Servers and Infrastructure IDF/MDF.
- Investigate, diagnosing and identify the root cause of the network and systems incidents by analyzing problems and provide accurate and efficient timely solution.
- Working on implementation of assigned and approved network projects
- Implements and Performs configuration, deployment to Active Directory, Domain, DNS, Servers Operating Systems, Automation, Patch management, Service Desk, End-User services and systems.
- Configuring & Maintaining IPsec and SSL VPNs.
Qualifications Education: -Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study with a network and system engineering focus -CCNA or CCNP / Microsoft Certifications
Experience: - Minimum of 7-8 years’ work experience in networking and systems.
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ha'il: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
