Position: Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday. 10:30 pm-6:30 am, 11:30-7:30 am.)

Pay Range: $18.00-20.00+/hr (plus shift premium)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at the end of the day
• Follow line rotation and perform the necessary task(s) required.
• Task(s) may vary from line to line and generally include:

• Ensure bulk crackers & trays are opened and ready for the line (assorted line)
• Place trays on the conveyor at the beginning of the line.
• Place the flavor into its correct slot in the tray, while ensuring the proper number of crackers are placed in trays. (Adding or removing crackers as needed)
• Pushing slugs into retails
• Straighten misaligned crackers and remove out-of-spec product prior to packaging (remove crushed crackers, partially complete trays, and poor seals.)
• Remove completed products from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers
• Pack retail boxes into shippers
• Help wherever needed on the line, duties may include sweeping, collecting garbage, case packing, and covering line vacancies during breaks.

• Twisting, reaching, gripping, pinching, or manipulating objects less than 5 kilograms
• Regular lifting less than 3 kilograms, occasionally lifting up to 10 kilograms (with assistance)

Job Requirements

• Strong hand and eye coordination required
• Strong grasp of the English language and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
