We are currently looking for a Key Individual
Key Duties, but not limited to:
- Accountability for activities of business and representatives
- Act with due care, skill and diligence in the execution of all duties
- Act within the standards and rules set by legislation.
- Fulfil contractual obligations as agreed to.
- Management and Oversight of: Statutory obligations of the FSP, rendering of financial services of the FSP and persons authorized to act on its behalf, business processes and operational ability.
- Instil a culture of treating customers fairly in all aspects of the business.

- Oversight of the rendering of financial services
- Ensure compliance by all authorized persons with the General Code of Conduct
- Ongoing compliance with the fit and proper requirements
- Oversight of training, knowledge and skill
- Monitoring the activities of representatives appointed under supervision
- Business processes and operational ability (Risk Management)
- Treating Customers Fairly
- Monthly KPI’s and Supervision plans of representatives done
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- NQF Level 5 in Finance, Banking, and/or Wealth Management
- RE1 (Key Individual)
- Experienced Money Laundering Officer
- Compliance regulations, reporting, and risk management experience
- FAIS qualified
- Experience in TCF legislative implementation
- Ability to maintain characteristics of honesty and integrity
- Ability to oversee all the rendering of Financial Services
