Grow with us as HR Intern *at *Kellogg for our Guayaquil Plant. **You will be responsible of Supporting the human resources team in various projects, by identifying opportunities, managing information, documenting processes, and contributing with fresh new ideas of improvement.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as HR Intern, you will be part of our success by:
- Supporting Human Resources Processes
- Supporting action plans and analysis
- Contribute with the control of the area
- Be part of the Talent and development process and consolidate information
- Report and control
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in* Human Resources*, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
- Student in Administration, Psychology, industrial engineering or related
- Have at least one year of university left
- Advanced English
- Intermediate/advaced Excel
- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
- Proactivity and Initiative
- Nimble learning

- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
