The Gaming & E-sports Specialist helps to create and execute the national Gaming & E-sports plan, designing a targeted, credible and efficient gaming marketing program across athletes, events, content and third parties. The Gaming & Esports Specialist has operational responsibility for national gaming projects such as gaming player projects, third party cooperation's and Red Bull Gaming events. They drive innovation within the gaming project plan and builds a strong and efficient network in the national gaming and communications scene and stays ahead of new developments.

E-sports & Gaming portfolio:
Come up with innovative ideas for new gaming players (talent scouting), gaming player projects, third-party activations and potential Red Bull gaming event formats

Help in keeping a clear vision following and predicting trends in esports and Gaming on a daily basis.

Business Planning:
Contribute to a successful Business Planning with new ideas and a holistic esports and Gaming plan for the country.

Project Management:
Executes gaming and e-sports projects in cooperation with the other marketing departments.

Stakeholders Management:
Support of third-party relationship activating the partnership creating and executing innovate and credible projects.

Supporting the national plan of E-sports and Gaming events, collaborations with third parties, publishers and players/teams.

Support to sales department, using the gaming and esports assets to add value.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • University Degree Social networks & office programs
  • 3 years of experience in e-sports/gaming industry, having worked personally with gaming & e-sports topics or within agencies, institutions, gaming teams in marketing, performance and communications.
  • Experience working and looking for new gaming & esports talents.
  • Strong project leader and used to result-orientated and independent success delivery. Design and organize projects of all scales, lead project teams and follow a 360º marketing and organization approach.
  • Experience in leading and creating 360º projects that integrate all areas of the company and contribute to the success of business planning and accustomed to working within a national and international environment.
  • Experience collaborating with publishers and creating projects around video games. Also experience activating esports & gaming sponsorships in an innovative and credible way for the scene.
  • Experience in event organization and coordination is highly valuable.
