As an Intern in Supply Chain Process & Systems, you will play a key supporting role in assisting the supplier enablement team to achieve operational efficiency and gain an insight into our global procurement processes.
What you can expect to do
- Follow up NDA signing from suppliers and uploading into Agiloft; to prepare weekly status progress reports
- Follow up with suppliers to accept Ariba Terms of Use for Supplier Portal; to prepare weekly status progress reports
- Assist on Ariba labelling submission samples from suppliers; to prepare weekly status progress reports
- Assist supplier enablement team during hypercare support for simple issues from suppliers and ASM internal users (training will be provided to the interns to familiar with Ariba)
- Assisting on other relevant ad-hoc projects as required
What Will Make You Successful?
- Pursuing a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (preferred) and/or Business Studies
- Good English writing and oral communication skills
- Ambitious and talented with excellent study results, have an international orientation, thrive in a multicultural organization.
- You have great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
