Responsibilities
- Works with fellow Event Stylist in research, conceptualization and execution of thematic display and decoration for all weddings, corporate events and seasonal events such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Halloween etc. geared to attract customers and encourage sales.
- Design, craft, source and manage inventory of all display props and materials such as fixtures, display pros, handmade paper goods, decorative materials etc.
- Assist in taking stock and flow of all thematic display props and materials.
- Work closely and assist operation team with distributing suitable display materials. Keep operation crew updated regarding proper handling of florals and related items.
- Assist in conducting training for drivers with basic display concept, new launch wedding display standards and proper maintenance of overall visual display effort.
- Liaise internally and order materials as required within clients’ budget.
- Attend Client meetings to understand their needs for their event, eg. theme, colour, explore interests, vision and vibe through the use of elements such as lighting, props, backdrops, paper goods, food items etc.
- Assist with floral designs and arrangements upon receiving training.
- All other related duties assigned by Supervisor

- Responsible, organized and able to work in fast paced environment and works well even under pressure
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
