My VA Support is looking for virtual assistants with a high English level (C1) with mechanical knowledge to work from home.
Working time: Official working hours often are Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Miami, FL schedule. (depending on the client's needs Max 45 hours per week)
Main responsibilities: Some of your responsibilities as Virtual Assistant could be:
- Manage a contact list
- Web Site Management
- Taking Online orders
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Social Media Review
- Any other depending on the client's needs.
Skills required:You must guarantee you have wide knowledge in:
- English Level C1
- General knowledge in Mechanical related topics (Auto-Parts)/ desirable:remanufactured parts, ommercial Truck parts, especially in Power Steering Gearbox, Power Steering Pump, Rack & Pinion, and Cylinders
- Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)
- GOOGLE apps such as gmail, meets, docs, excel, forms, slides, among others, and you feel comfortable using them.
Compensation: COLOMBIAN PESOS
Full time:monthly payment of $3.200.000 COP+PRODUCTIVITY BONUS: COP $200.000+ATTENDANCE BONUS COP $100.000 COP
Part time: monthly payment of $2.000.000 COP+PRODUCTIVITY BONUS: COP $200.000+ATTENDANCE BONUS COP $100.000 COP
Requirements Have your own device and a High Internet speed of +100 MB
