Responsible for all aspects of a surveying and geomatic group (field and office), consisting of field crews and supporting technical staff in both the public and private sector land improvement projects Plan, organize, and schedule staff accordingly Ability to identify and cultivate new business ventures Administer contracts and manage projects, delegating tasks as needed Monitor and adhere to project scope, budget, and timelines Thrasher provides an excellent benefit package which includes insurance, 401K matching, professional development opportunities, paid time off, and much more.
