Brand Manager

  • Overseeing the brands / outlet operations and maintaining its operational smoothness
  • Support the Team in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objective
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints/feedbacks
  • Check that all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected
  • Prepare weekly meeting and monthly management reports in relation to outlet performance
  • Provide leadership in cultivating, guiding and coaching staff in providing excellent service experience to all guests and payroll administration
  • Liaise with Central Kitchen and external suppliers for food supply stocks
  • Ensure that safety and hygiene standards are always strictly adhered to and comply in accordance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Work experience as an Brand/Operation Manager or Assistant Operations Manager or similar role in the f&b/hospitality industry
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse guests and employees within the restaurant
  • General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brand of beverages to ensure smooth recommendation to guests
