Responsibilities:
- Supervising the sourcing process, supplier selection, finalization of commercial agreements with suppliers, and managing the supplier performance under the area of responsibility.
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure quality standards, proper delivery timelines, and reasonable prices to support stakeholder requirements.
- Developing and continually reviewing the supplier base and improving the supplier base to meet the business requirements.
- Initiating and working with internal stakeholders to deliver the cost-saving initiative supporting the company program.
Qualifications:
- M/F, 25-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Purchasing and Procurement functions with at least 1 year of experience at the management level.
- Direct experience in sourcing and purchasing Seafood categories is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Having experience in SAP would be an advantage.
