Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Provide information on specific HR systems to HR and Line Management

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing approval and reporting.;
  • Report the process of Performance Management in GTMS;
  • Enroll employees in the benefit system as per the company procedures and labor agreements, reporting the operation of providers in the delivery of the contracted services.;
  • Contribute in the development and implementation of activities of Organizational Development as required by the teams serviced.;
  • Generate reports on staffing, services and benefits for Management

Education & Certifications:

  • BA or BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or Human Resources Technical Studies:

  • Basic English

  • MS Office, MS Outlook, HR SAP

Experience:

  • At least two years Internship in HR activities related to benefits, compensation, OD and staffing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Labor and Social Security Laws.
  • Compensation and Benefits concepts.
