Our customer service teams are responsible for the order management and shipment processing according to the customer priorities and within the agreed lead-times responsible for the order management and shipment process by monitoring, controlling, executing and facilitating interactions and decisions across functions and partners to optimize the “end to end” delivery, return and incident process giving the best experience to our customer.
What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in the activities involved with the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production or any other department.
As Demand Specialist, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables on time. Your innovative use of tools and techniques will facilitate as you manage communication between different teams will help in solving difficult issues and establishing consensus.

How You Will Achieve It
- Execute order processing ensuring the delivery of the right product in the right quantity and the right condition.
- Monitor regular controls to avoid any over-dues in the order-processing according to procedure and ensuring a smarter and faster delivery system.
- Handle Returns within the agreed-lead times and in lines with the procedure.
- Follow and assure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) standards, Pfizer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies along with all applicable worldwide regulations and guidelines.
- The Delivery Specialist guarantees execution of the operational activities in line with the required timelines, using the appropriate processes, adhering to and remaining complaint with departmental, LALC or Pfizer Global procedures.
- Organize shipments towards the customer by providing transport instructions in line with the respective transportation procedures,
- Provide complete set of documentation towards customer as per defined customer profile.
- Maintain customer profiles and all related master data in SAP according to changing customer needs
- Manage deviation reporting and identifying relevant corrective actions.
- Onboard new colleagues and support their development.
Qualifications:
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years’ experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in terms of managing direct reports
- System Application and Products knowledge
- Experience and or knowledge of order management process
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of planning, inventory management, reporting and other supply chain/logistics
