Where in the world of OVO will I be working?

Help fight the climate crisis as part of a small, upbeat team with a wide remit and big ambitions.

Our brand executive will support the Lead Brand Manager and Head of Brand in delivering company wide brand support, making sure that our products, comms and experiences are delivering against our brand strategy & guidelines.

Reporting into the Lead Brand Manager you'll forge strong cross functional relationships supporting teams in the delivery of their comms and experiences.

You'll work as part of a broader Brand & Marketing team, reporting into the Chief Customer Office and working closely with the Brand Marketing team, our Creative Studio and our PR & Social team.

What will I be doing?

Key responsibilities include;

• Supporting with the brand management and approval process for the OVO Energy, SSE Energy Services, Boost & CORGI HomePlan brands
• Briefing in new brand assets to our creative studio/external agency partners
• Managing a toolkit of parts by keeping our Digital Asset Management system up to date and making sure that we have the right assets available for teams to use
• Supporting the brand management Lead in the roll out and engagement of our new brand look and feel
• Leading project management and timings for brand related projects
• Helping to brief and arrange brand lifestyle shoots, making sure that they deliver against the brief and are on brand
• Supporting cross functional teams across the business, being the brand representative in the room, guiding teams to an on-brand output
• Ensuring the SSE Energy Services brand (including logo and language) is accurate across key touchpoints such as; comms, web, app, IVR and any new customer journeys. The role will be responsible for reviewing these touchpoints on a regular basis and connecting with channel owners to brief the vital changes to ensure this is in line with our brand licence agreement.
• Advocating for brand, getting teams across the business educated & passionate about the impact of brand

Ideally you'll have:

• Experience supporting on crafting, managing and/or maintaining large scale, well known brands
• Confident in giving creative feedback, specifically a keen eye for detail
• Experience in delivering core brand messages and communications
• Client side or creative agency experience
• Understanding and experience of project management, managing deadlines and stakeholder feedback across multiple streams of work and understanding where escalation is required
• A passion for brand, branding and brand management.
