International Beauty Institute in Toronto is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Makeup Artist who is certified in beauty and bridal makeup. Brow shaping, brow lamination and eyelash extensions training are an asset.
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
- Instruct all part time Saturday Makeup Certificate classes from 9:30am-3:30pm and occasional full time Monday-Friday Makeup Certificate classes from 9:30am-3:30pm
- Responsible for maintaining marks and grading of classes
- Organize classroom and supplies as well as clean on a daily basis
- Order and track inventory of classroom supplies and student kits
- Organize attendances, schedules and kits for all makeup classes
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and high level of professionalism.
- Outstanding customer service skills & ability to consistently produce positive interactions with students.
- Staying current on the latest trends and developments within the cosmetics & beauty industry.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operation of classes and outstanding experience for all students.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in teaching is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-30 per week
Salary: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
