About the job role:
As a HR Project Officer, you will:
- Play a proactive role in contributing and defining strategies of engagement and
- Conduct assessment centers and selection processes
- Play an active role in the continuous improvement of processes
- Report to various internal stakeholders
- Keep our internal talent database up to date
- Strong analytical skills
- Good operational skills in software settings
- Excellent decision-making skills
We are looking for:
Language skills: French C1 / English B2:
Higher education in Human Resources
- Professional experience in the in the HR field
- Experience in Assessment centers and/or methodologies or talent management will be appreciated
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
- Must be a Team Player
- Hybrid position - availability to travel to Aveiro
