We are looking for an innovative Civil Engineer &utility engineer, For one of the Saudia construction and real estate investment partners To work in the following areas: (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail, and Neom).
Responsibilities for Civil Engineer:
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies
- Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials, and material and labor costs
- Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems
- Oversee and mentor staff
- Monitor the progress of projects
- Produce reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Responsibilities for utility Engineer:
- Supervision of installation utilities
- Supervision of operation utilities
- Creating preventive maintenance plan/schedule/tasks utilities
- Supervision of maintenance (breakdown and/or preventive) for plant' utilities
- Managing outsourced/subcontracted engineering services
Required Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience
- BS in Engineering
- Excellent command of English
- Project management and supervision skills
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
