KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with stakeholders (including Product managers, marketing, engineering, IS) to finalize billing requirements.
- Prepare test plan for projects prior to start of testing. This includes defining the user acceptance criteria and designing the test cases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure UAT is done within schedule
- Record and report defects to IS
- Document testing results and update reference documents
- Monitor progress of testing and provide regular and timely feedback to managers.
- Ensure a smooth hand over of new system or changes to operations. Support concerns or problems raised by operations staff.
- Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency of testing processes/procedure, particularly in the automation of testing process.
Education & Qualification
Diploma holder in computer discipline.
Work Experience
At least 1 year working experience in UAT.
