Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Construct & analyse merchandise reports, periodically & ad-hoc
• Research, select and purchase quality products.
• Build relationships with suppliers
• Monitor any discrepancies between orders and goods received to suppliers and management.
• Maintain & monitor a smooth product flow in the Purchasing Department
• Monitor a smooth payment flow for available invoices

Requirement:

• Fashion Enthusiast especially in luxury brand
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance / Accounting / Fashion Merchandising
• Have experience min. 1 years as Buyer/ Merchandiser, preferably in retail business
• Strong proficiency in Ms Office, especially in Ms. Excel
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategic, vendor management, budget control, and import process
• Demonstrates ownership and has a sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in long working hour according to Supplier working hour
