Accounting & Tax
Accounting & Reporting

  • Represent and supervise professionally and operationally in accounting area for the company.
  • Responsible for ensuring that planning is carried out on schedule and to the required quality standards, and for implementing and optimizing all accounting processes.
  • Responsible for organizing and preparing statutory financial statements in accordance with international accounting standard (IAS/IFRS) and Indonesian accounting standard (PSAK).
  • Responsible for the organization and preparation of the monthly financial statements (APL) & analysis and other management reporting (not limited to Headcount, WCR, CMO, Investment) of the affiliates to be submitted to regional and or head office.
  • Responsible for providing information to external auditors and the internal audit group, for providing requested analyses and other data in a timely manner, and for ensuring their plausibility and accuracy of the data.
  • Ensure intercompany reconciliation in the balance sheet and P&L positions.
  • Manage fixed cost efficiency and control

Tax

  • Manage the tax affairs of the company, analysis and the reporting thereof.
  • Manage tax compliance to tax authorities
  • Manage internal, external and tax authorities audits and dispute
  • Manage local and master file, CBCR to tax office
  • Manage tax reporting to regional and head office
  • Manage and perform Tax planning
  • Responsible to solve and advise taxation issue and question from internal & external parties.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities in terms of tax optimization or process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from Accounting or Fiscal Admin or other related background.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience with latest in managerial role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Proficient level in English and Bahasa.
