We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow and thrive with our team!
Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned selection processes, including interviews, profile evaluation, coordination of technical instances and extension of offers.
Maintain the internal database up to date.
Stay abreast of talent attraction trends and best practices.
Collaborate on area reporting.
Participate in area initiatives for continuous improvement.
Collaborate in the organization and execution of employer branding events.
Availability: part time or full time.
Requirements:
Studies in Recruitment, Psychology, HR or related fields are required.
Conversational English skills.
At least 1 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in IT sector.
