A division of Haldimand Motors Service department, dedicated to Servicing and Repairing vehicles.
Your Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Service Manager(s), the Parts/Service Advisor is responsible for ordering parts, creating work orders, along with communicating with customers and co-workers regarding parts, availability and costing.
A Haldimand Motors Parts/Service Advisor is expected to perform by demonstrating an ability to make quick and informed decisions based on accurate information provided by Mechanics and Managers. An understanding of the business is certainly an asset - However, the right attitude and effort would make the world of difference.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Answering Phones at a high rate of pace
- Booking appointments and understand basic computer programs
- Comprehension of fast paced information, with the ability to repeat accurate information
- Communicate effectively
- Ability to independently advocate for services provided by Haldimand Motors
- Ordering and Procuring parts for Mechanics and Delivering for their use
- Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and the ability to consistently deliver through achievement-oriented goal setting and focused execution
- Other Duties as required
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Position requires a Valid G-Class Driver’s License, with a clean driving record
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player who is self-motivated and work independently as required
- Process-oriented with superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stay extremely organized in high paced environments

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
