Acting as key service provider for the group, you will ensure correct processing and timely payment of all incoming supplier invoices for all relevant entities as well as enhance supplier relationship through collaboration and timely payments.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Preparation and filing of tax returns for all Swiss entities (e.g. VAT and income tax) with the support of the finance organization
  • Act as business partner and advisor to the Swiss Management for all tax related topics
  • Monitor local as well as international changes to tax legislation and evaluate the impact on the Group
  • Implement and rollout new tax requirements and compliance processes
  • Close cooperation with the local finance team to stay up to date on all tax issues/risks, and to monitor compliance processes
  • Manage/coordinate potential tax audits in Switzerland
  • Prepare and/or coordinate transfer pricing documentation/studies, if needed. Further, implement TP controlling process within the Group
  • Close collaboration with Treasury regarding the intercompany financing
  • Collaborate in relevant Group wide projects and initiatives

Requirements:
YOUR EXPERTISE

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Law
  • Solid tax accounting knowledge
  • 4-5 years working experience, either from Tax Advisory (Big 4) or In-house (local/Group tax)
  • First experience in transfer pricing and willingness to take ownership to set-up new processes
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
  • Hands-on mentality, taking ownership and having the ability to adapt to changes and new ways of working
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to negotiate
