Who are we?

Roiback is a leading business that specializes in the development and management of online projects for hotel chains and independent hotels, with extensive experience within the tourism sector. We inspire digital solutions to power direct sales.

What we do:
- We help hotels and hotel chains to increase direct sales, optimizing and controlling distribution costs- We design and develop websites- We manage online marketing campaigns- We are specialist in creating technology that works for hoteliers, including the top performing booking engine in the market- We have direct integrations with the industry’s main Channel Managers and Property Management Systems to simplify the way hotels manage direct channel- Offer personalized and specialized support to our clients- Always innovate, investigate and look for new challenges

What do we require?- Generating client performance reports to conduct regular reviews to achieve profit goals.- Identifying the level of account optimization periodically and providing guidance to hotels in order to maximize sales through their official website.- Monitoring and analysis of rates and availability.- Loading of rates and web content, as well as supporting hoteliers in the use of Roiback’s CRS tool.- Management, registration and follow up of customer requests.

Required skills:

  • Analytical and Rigorous-
  • Client Oriented- Good knowledge of Excel- Essential to have a high level of Spanish- Knowledge of the online hotel distribution or tourism industry is a plus
