JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose of the role

  • This role is responsible for excelling in the account management of key strategic clients, within the eCommerce portfolio - TripAdvisor, US white-labels & Spanish white-labels
  • This role is responsible for proactively developing and supercharging growth opportunities with existing clients
  • This role is responsible for the tenacious conversion of a compelling pipeline of client prospects

Accountabilities

  • Owns, develops & delivers fact based, stretching and commercially compelling strategic plans to supercharge client delight and profitable growth
  • Rigorously evaluates the market and client prospects, to develop and convert a pipeline of new, large customers to TravelStack
  • Develop productive, intimate relationships with clients, to cement TravelStack as critical to their commercial success
  • Seamlessly champion & represent the client within Hotelbeds, partnering with key departments
  • A zealous approach to account integrity and optimisation to supercharge sales

Experience

  • 5+ years experience leading key eCommerce accounts
  • 5+ years B2B2C travel experience
  • 3+ years experience in the bedbank, travel technology and API connectivity environment

Qualifications:

  • Educated to a degree standard, or demonstrable accredited sales experience with a focus on:

  • Sales and marketing

Key Challenges

  • The evolution of TravelStack to an Enterprise solution - this is fundamental to the client offering
